Eurofurence 10 (also known as Eurofurence X or EFX) was a European furry convention that took place from 26 to 29 August 2004 at Olpe, North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany. About 295 participants attended the event, which was hosted at the Jugendherberge Biggesee youth hostel.

Guest of Honor[edit]

The Guest of Honor for 2004 was Timothy Albee, the creator of the computer-animated short film Kaze: Ghost Warrior.

Trivia[edit]

  • The theme for the 2004 Eurofurence was "EFX: The Movie".
  • Alpha_Ki and TaniDaReal were the winners of the popular vote for the T-shirt design contest.
  • Anthrocon chairman Uncle Kage was quoted: “Anthrocon may be the biggest fur convention in the world, but Eurofurence is the best.”
  • Road traffic to the convention was affected by the Wiehltal bridge accident happening the same day, some members of staff were stuck in traffic for as long as six hours.
