ConFURvatives

ConFURvatives was a LiveJournal community which described its members as "Furries who are conservative, right-winged, republican, or even just Christian."
History[edit]
Created on 30 November 2004, it had close to 60 members as of February 2007. Its moderator was Sema JayHawk. Discussion focused largely on criticisms of the Obama administration, and such questions as the actual location of his birth.
The community was strictly moderated, and only allowed right-wing members, in an attempt to avoid argument; the stated objective was discussion purely among conservatives, as opposed to debate or argument with other political groups.
