Christopher Alan Moore (born 3rd March 1985, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire), aka. Fere [pron. fear] furaffinity.net/user/fere, is an English-born furry author living in Granger, Indiana with his mate, Shale the greyhound. He is the eldest son of late author Kenneth Alan Moore (1947-2018).

Chris has been a part of the furry fandom since 2003 and attends furry conventions primarily in the midwest and east of the United States.

His fursona (Fere) is a red fox with green eyes, an all-red tail and larger-than-average ears. Fere’s full name is Fere Nelotraae Ermelis and is based upon Christopher’s belief in his past life as a feral fox by the same name living in medieval South-West England.
