Chops is a citizen of Alpha City where he owns a Nightclub named after himself. His club is often frequented by several members of the superhero team Zodiac.

Despite his small stature (short even for a t-devil), Chops launched into a career in professional wrestling. He started the same way the sport itself started in the traveling carnivals. When the chance arrived to join a public circuit he leapt into it and made a modest name for himself. While not being tall or big enough to become a superstar, he proved himself as an exceptional trainer and manager not just for professional wrestlers but all types of fighters. His career was brought to a halt by the mafia's eventual involvement in the sport and he was forced to leave entirely to avoid being corrupted by it. Chops has since opened a popular nightclub but maintains a small gym in another part of the city.

Chops has no superhuman powers but possesses formidable fighting skills and a savage style. He is often underestimated due to his size. The scrappy fighter maintains an impressive physique for a person his age.

Despite never achieving any real fame as a fighter or wrestler, Chops is still a minor celebrity in Alpha City. His nightclub patrons marvel at his ability to intimidate rowdy customers that tower over him as well as his own bouncers and there is no shortage of skilled fighters that owe their skills and success to his training and guidance. His only enemies exist among the organized crime element who hold a grudge for his not joining them when they took over the professional wrestling industry in Alpha City.
