Do we need this People subcategory? If we do, is this the right name for it? I would read Webmasters as "someone in charge of a web site" rather than solely someone in charge of a web server or host. -- Sine 22:17, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

I don't think this is a useful category. Thoughts? -- Sine 20:45, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Perhaps the category should be called Webhosts instead of Webmasters? A Webmaster is usually just the person in charge of building and maintaining a single site or community of sites rather than the person who hosts or establishes an actual ISP for hosting such sites. I mean, technically any person with a web account on Furnation, Furtopia or any other number of furry site hosts could call themselves a "Webmaster" for their own site. Right? If there is already a Webhosts category (which I believe there is), then perhaps there is a valid question in asking if this category is really necessary. But for people looking for Webhosts, that category is very useful as a resource. And likewise for people looking for furry Web Designers, perhaps we also need a category for those who are skilled in building websites from scratch? Just thoughts... We already have a Category:Web hosts. I would not object to a Category:Web designers as well, but as with web hosts, the standard should be higher than just designing their own website. --GreenReaper(talk) 21:37, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Keep, further discussion, or delete? - Spirou 02:31, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

Vote for delete, pretty much every fur has their own website anymore. I like Green Reaper's suggestion of a Web Designers category, with the stipulation that you need to do more than just whip up a homepage in Dreamweaver to go in it, however that can be quantified. -- Natasha Softpaw ( talk | contribs ) 04:42, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
