Blaze Collie (born May 1, 1988)[1] is a fursuiter who lives in Renton, Washington, U.S.A.[1] His fursona is a tricolor rough collie.[2]
Blazecollie hosts a semi regular YouTube series about the various aspects of fursuiting.
He was a founding staff member of Rainfurrest.
Fursuiting[edit]
Blaze's has four fursuits:
- the first being Blaze the collie, was built by Nikolai and debuted at RainFurrest 2011.[3]
- His second fursuit is Bitkat the sabertooth "partycat", built by Soki Twopaw and debuted at RainFurrest 2014.[4]
- His third fursuit is ByteKat the sabertooth, and sibling to BitKat, built by Soki Twopaw.[5]
- His fourth fursuit is ScotchBunni made by MadeFurYou and was purchased as part of a private sale from the original owner Scotch.
Community Projects[edit]
- Pawpads: is an android based furry specific location based chat application. Written with the idea that you can land and see if anyone is available to hang out.
Unfortunately, The App Shut Down In 2018.
- furrystay.com[9] (newly in progress): is an open source host share project written to let furs room in the spare bedrooms of other furries houses or apartments for free when traveling the world. The goal of this is to increase cultural exchange and reduce travel anxiety for new travelers. the idea being that free homestays are a trade. you make the promise to open your home to them when they visit your area.
