BillyTheCat128 (real name Carlo Kok) is a furry whose fursona is based on Billy the Cat from the Belgian Comic distributor Dupuis, created by Stephane Colman and Stephen Desberg, the series were later on continued by Marco Peral and Stef Janssens. The 128 in the name stands for 128-bit, because Carlo actually wished someday Dupuis would make a deal with atari to make a game out of the comic series.

BillyTheCat128 draws furry art on deviantART and is a rather shy person. (This is also due to him having a form of Autism that sometimes conflicts errors and misunderstandings with a lot of other furries.) Billy mostly draws macro and foot related artwork.

Billy was currently also working on a freeware PC-game called: "The Furry Kingdom" which was going to be a 3D RPG and Platform game combination, starring various furries from various sites. He hadn't asked for characters to star into this game, but he was going to use some of the characters that he used in his failed furry game: "Secrets of a lost ending". Billy made a journal late 2006 where people could get a chance to play a role in the game: "Secrets of a lost ending" which was released in August 2007. In order to make up for this failed game, He started the Furry Kingdom project. Billy was first planning to create The Furry Kingdom in GameMaker7.0 but later decided to move his project over to XNA. Though, it never saw the light of day.

As of 2010 Billy is currently working on a new furry oriented game project currently titled as "Project Compass".

For the rest, there is no notable effort that this person has achieved as of this moment.
