Bi-Snow, formerly known as Kozack Foxsky, is a British furry artist and lifestyler who lives in London. Bi-Snow is openly bisexual and a female-to-male transgender.

He joined the furry fandom on August 5, 2010, and specializes in con badge art. He was introduced to furry by befriending a furry on Twitter. The fandom appealed to him as he was already a fan of anthropomorphic characters.
Bi-Snow is also a huge fan of Electro music and the Redwall series.

His fursona is a purple, white, and green husky-fox hybrid with black hair, sunglasses, and a leather jacket.
