Ahadi is a character from The Lion King universe. He is father of Mufasa and Scar, husband of Uru, and paternal grandfather of Simba. He appeared in The Lion King: Six New Adventures book series, specifically A Tale of Two Brothers. Ahadi was king after Mohatu and is followed by his son Mufasa. In the book, Ahadi was the one who rescued Rafiki when the hyenas attacked him; Ahadi also promised Scar to take him and Mufasa hunting, but broke Scar's promise. It is assumed that such situtations happened often and led Scar to develop hatred toward both his brother and father.
